Obama Sprung a Leak in Middle Class Plumbing Debate

Pseudonymous blogger gamecock asserts, “America saw a man [Obama] that thinks plumbers, and, by implication, those small business owners and those economically better off than plumbers, should pay higher taxes. That he says 95% of taxpayers will get a tax cut loses its power when people that think themselves akin to plumbers or upper middle calss above plumbing see that they must be in that 5%.”

McCain Keeps Obama On Defense for The “Win”

Ken Taylor observes, “McCain kept Obama on the defensive for the majority of the debate and even when Obama tried to take the offense, McCain managed to place him back in a defensive posture, defending his policies against McCain attacks. In that sense McCain was the clear winner.”
